CONNECTING A MOTOR DIRECTLY TO A REAR-REAR AXLE

How do I best connect a motor to a rear axle of a truck without a shaft in between to drive the truck? How do i ensure i can balance all the loads required. Attaxhed is a picture of the axle and the motor in question. I appreciate any form of help to lead me on the right track
