Connector to casing assembly design

Hello, I’m having an issue with designing the connection between the connector and the casing. The shape of the connector to be attached is shown in the first image. The mounting position of the connector on the casing can be seen in the second image, and the blue area must remain unobstructed. The cross-sectional view related to the connector installation is shown in the third image, and a hose will also be connected to the left side of the connector (inside the casing). The connector is metal and the casing is plastic part. Do you have any suggestions for the casing design to ensure that the connector can be securely attached to the casing?
Thank you

What you need is called a bulkhead fitting. Your part is not properly retained in your hole. Is the flange connection supposed to be sealed? Forget it.

A bulkhead fitting is retained into the panel by a nut, by screws, or by snapping in. Your hose is attached to a completely separate feature.
