I've modelled and constrained this bought in wiper assembly, which has a special link which allows one wiper to move faster than the other, so they don't tangle.
It does this by "wasting" some of the movement, but getting it back equal to the other side by having a shorter wiper control lever.
My problem is, that it relies on there being a pre-tension of the wipers onto the window, so that the linkage operates first, then pulls the wiper.
NX treets all the joints to have the same freedom of movement, so my motion becomes jerky and un realistic.
If i could add tension, or "spring load" the wipers with constraints, this would better simulate the motion..
Any suggestions??
