Hello,
There is this restaurant ( built in an arid region ) which consists only of a lobby that suffered from expansive soils because its underlain by gypsiferous clays. I am not authorized to put photos of the building anywhere but we believe the main problem to be water leakage inside the restaurant. The only solution that comes to my mind is Jet grouting , so what do you make of it ? is it feasible for this kind of soils ?
Beside micro piles , are there any other solutions ?
PS: not sure the client like a messy solution that can hinder the activities of the building
