Contact after load increasing 1

I have question that deals with a contact that occurs after the load increases and I don't know how to face this problem. Maybe I can rise the load until the contact occurs and impose the contact conditions... Or maybe the contact 174 command allows it but I can't find the keyopt that is suitable (maybe I can change the stiffness of the contact, open contact ?)...

If someone has an idea...

It would probably be easier for your model to converge if you impose a displacement load. After the model has converged, you can refer to the contact pressure results to check the load needed to cause the contact to close.

Also, you may consider modeling your parts to just about touching, so that contact convergence is eased.
