Contact Patch Load (Transfer function)

Hi, folks. I'm a mechanical engineer and I'm working on my virtual 'post-rig'. I have a question about that. How can I define the contact patch load transfer function ???

I thought it was well:

... But this transfer function have more zeros than poles... What is its definition ???
