Hello Everyone,
I have searched Brine Maker design guidelines and found the thread

would really appreciate further information for brine maker sump type, (from truck to sump without pneumatic conveyor)
-Softener is a 3+1x6m3 ion exchange resin, to produce 110m3/h each envelope.
-Brine for regeneration is 10 tonnes of salt per day, (don't know flow rate)

could someone provide further information about sump volume for a desirable stock of salt is 7 days.-

You need to talk to the local supplier to determine the availabe delivery methods.

You capacity is likely to be too large for a "brinemaker" and you will have to construct something larger.

Salt may be dumped from a truck into an unloading station and either conveyed to a below ground tank or above ground tank.

A level probe system maintains the brine depth. Saturator tank should be sized to hold 1 - 1/2 times the transport volume.
