control sketch contour

I have created a sketch contour for unwraping on a cylinder.
I want to control the sketch from parameters- from outside the sketch. Changing the angle at p16 (->look attached bitmap). The fillet is flipping - as you can see.
What is the trick to control - stop flipping the fillet.

Actually, the problem is that it's NOT flipping. That is, the CENTER of the 'fillet' is still on the same side of the curves which are being 'filletted'. The sense of the 'arc segment', that is the direction and which are the first and second points on the arc, are NOT changing. And they won't either as the sketch updates since that's simply not how it works. The sketch will always attempt to keep the same direction of the arc and the same start and end points. Think about it, visualizing how you would MANUALLY create both desired results if you were modeling the 'fillet' as the last curve being ADDED to the profile

Ok, John your right;
I thought there is a trick to control this behaviour.
I'm asking for a solution (also an earlier thread) to create a parmetric extruder screw with variable pitch, using a sketch curve as control curve.

What version of NX are you working in? What are the specifications (radius and depth/width) of the spiral groove?

This is a totally different extruder screw. Your original version is variable pitch. Also, in your second image, none of the grooves have a circular profile.

that are different shapes and need an other solution from the profile the last extruder screw is the normal profile and has different pitch areas with constant pitch.The transition between the pitch areas was controlled by the radius from the sketch -

better ideas are still welcome...
