As a beginner in electronic engineering technology were should I start in my field of work if control systems and digital logistics is what I like best?

It's a little too vague, there are "digital control systems" in just about every endeavor available, but in some cases a vast ocean of difference exists between them. For example the HVAC digital control system industry is very different from the Process Control digital control system industry, which is very different from the Machine Tool digital control system industry etc. etc. etc. If you like to make "things", look into CNC controls (machine tools) and PLC systems engineering. If you like making "stuff", look into DCS (Distributed Control Systems)engineering for the Process Control industry. If you like making people safe and comfortable, look into the BMS (Building Management Systems) industry for controlling security and HVAC (Heating Vetilating and Air Conditioning). There are lots more and there are lots of sub genres, those are just probably the top 3 tiers.
