Hello Everyone.

We recently got a project in which we have to put a bypass n control valve from pump suction to discharge side.. because the pressure is high. 8700Kpa. So the client doesn't want the pump to bear that pressure on start up from 0 to 8700kpa.currently they are doing it manually by putting one operator in field and one operator in the control room.. your inputs will be really valuable sir. As I'm a fresher. Working as a piping engineer but I have a degree in chemical engineer.

It's not clear what your question is.

You will need a severe service valve for the pressure drop of this magnitude. Suggest you get onformation on CCI, VTI or Copes Vulcan valves.

Hi Syed,
I represent a severe choke valve company, Duxvalves, and would welcome the chance to resolve your issue.
Kind regards,
Dominic
