I have studied on italian and english books at university
and I have always found the universal use of "conventional current" ( from + to - )
Now I see lots of web pages use the real electonic flow
(from - to +) so I'd like to know if there's a new trend in the university use.
Thanks

As peebee suggested, do the websearch. Holes are positively charged atoms. MOS transistor measurements over the last 30 years clearly show that hole current is not the same as electron current. Mobility is less than 1/2. TTFN

Suggestion: There are also conventions applied. Namely, Power Generation Convention and Power Consumption Convention. Power Consumption convention normally has a current flow direction from plus to minus, and Power Generation Convention has to have what is left, namely, the current flow from minus to plus.
