conversion of the A48C3S from AFNOR to ASTM

Please I can't convert the nuance of this Materiel (A48C3S). This nuance is in old designation AFNOR and i want to convert at ASTM code.

This alloy is a steel casting grade with the following composition:

C = 0.25-0.35
Si = 1.00 max
Mn = 1.00 max
Cr = 13-15

I am not that familiar with this type of steel casting alloy, so hopefully someone more knowledgeable will respond with an equivalent ASTM standard.

I always use Google for my searches. Here is one of the pages it came up with. It appears to be a 420F grade stainless, now that is not the ASTM just the grade.
