Convert JPEG to QAF

I am creating some config files for NX6 & Teamcenter.

I want to create some custom preview images for the seed parts. The images i want to use are not generated from the part, but JPEG files.

Can i load these JPEG files into Teamcenter to use as preview image, or can i convert the JPEG file to QAF file.... of so how?
