Convert mm.CE to mm.H2O 1

I have any question.I don't know about unit mmCE.Can someone help me with converting unit of static pressure from mm.CE to mm.H2O.

Per this website, 1mmH2O = 1mmCE. I don't know what the CE stands for though.
