Here you are, it didn't like the chamfers, also there was a different thickness on one of the shelled faces. hope this helps :)

Thanks,

the sheet metal model is ok now. but why it is not working with chamfers? or maybe there is one more way to solve the problem (i mean, not to use "convert to sheet metal" function)?

Often times you may not like what the convert to sheet metal function suggests in terms of how it rips the edges. In most of those cases a valid design of any model that has been notched through the edges and will flatten can be converted to sheet metal without necessarily allowing the system to rip those edges for you. In such cases you get the ability to develop the flat pattern and more control for yourself.

Other times you can add features after you convert the model to sheet metal and then add the flattening to get the same results.

by the way, this is not problem of the chamfers. the problem is in the area A (see attached pdf file). then these three edges comes to a point, the convert to sheet metal function does not work (even if the chamfers are made as cut feature). in my first model i attached here, chamfer is 140x96 size. so if i make 139.9 instead 140 everything works.
now one more question again. why it is not possible to create "closed corner->circle cutout" feature in area B (see attached pdf file)?

Yes, in your model this feature works. try to use it in my model. it does not.
and one more question. how can i define bend radius? in customer defaults there is value 2mm, but after converting to sheet metal bend radius is 3 mm. and convert to sheet metal feature dialog hase bend relief option. but you can enter any value there, but no effect. why?
