Convert WGS 84 to State Plane Coordinates

How do I convert WGS 84 LAT/LONGS into State Plane
Coordinates (Northing & Easting). I can't find
anything about this subject.

You have to use a software for this. For example-
1. GeoCoordinator (runs on microstation) from Bentley
2. MSPM from Intergraph
3. Arc Info
