Converting a closed 3D Mesh into a 3D Solid in Autocad

Does anyone know how to convert a closed 3D Mesh into a 3D Solid in Autocad 2000i?

I expect a lot of people could use this.

Try the lisp file m2s.lsp found at this link. I've used it on a few different meshes with much success
