converting DI to HDPE

does any one have a sheet for converting, HDPE/PVC OD sizes to Ductile Iron (dn) sizes?

Ie if I have a 225mm HDPE pipe what size connection of DI would connect into that - (using an aquagrip flange adapter etc) would it be around 200mm (dn) DI?

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do with the use of the word "converting", but as shown e.g. at

the outside diameter of contemporary nominal 200mm ductile iron pipe is 222 mm.

HDPE is measured by the outside diameter. the inside diameter is figured from the SDR rating of the pipe. 225 mm SDR 17 inside diameter is 198. SDR11 would be 186mm.
