converting drawing files from TC to Native 1

I have several drawings that I need to convert from the teamcenter files into native files so that the vendor can use them and add things to them, that are not needed by the customer. They are assemblies consisting of a drawing file and part file.
does anyone know how to do this?

In the NX session, go to File -> Export assembly outside of teamcenter.

If you are planning on importing the file back in once the customer is done with the changes, check out the files affected explicitly. When the files are returned you can re-import them as the same TC file (if not released) or as a new revision.
