Converting Units (Win XP, NX2)

I'm having trouble converting the units of a part file from metric to imperial. I have found the program in the UGII folder and have tried running it with some parameter I found in the NX help file but have been unsuccessful so far!

Can someone please shed some light on this topic, or perhaps point me to a tutorial of some sort?
