Convex concave blend

Hi,
I would like to obtain the blend as the image attached.
I attach also a Parasolid file that contain the original file and my start model.
I've the solution, but not in one step (only blend usage).
Can someone have the solution ?

I obtain the result if I delete the cut and add again.
I would like avoid this.
