Hi,
I need some help here with some calculations.
I have the following cooling tower:
Thermal power: 1997 kW
Water flowrate: 26,5 l/s
Water inlet temp. (process): 48,5 ºC
Water outlet temp. (process): 30,5 ºC
Dry bulb temp.: 37,0 ºC
Wet bulb temp.: 24,0 ºC
Air flowrate: 40,1 m3/s
So i can obtain from the psychrometric chart the outlet conditions of the air in this situation.
But, if i have the following conditions in the winter:
Dry bulb temp.: 8,0 ºC
Wet bulb temp.: 6,3 ºC
Is it possible to slow down the fan speed ??
