Copy and Paste Drawings

We recently updated to NX9, and have ran into a problem with copying and pasting drawings on a fellow employee's computer. On my computer, I am able to copy and paste drawings, but on his computer, he can copy a drawing but when he tries to paste it there is no option to paste. Anybody have any ideas how to fix this.

Can you ask him to copy and paste the same drawing in the same file as you did (in the file that worked properly)?
If that "cut and paste" worked then it is something in the file (or drawing in the file) that is holding things up.
