Hi!
I want to creat a second version of an assy that I did. I must do changes in the second but the first one must rest the same.

I tried with the command copy of the panel assemble. It work but I'm not able to copy the parts created with frame generator. Is it possible copy this part?

thank

If you have Vault installed you can do a Copy Design. Otherwise use the Design Assistant or Pack and Go to keep the files completely separate from each other.

If I use desing assistant, must I rename each part and assembly one by one or it exists a way to add a prefix or a suffix to the name.

With design assistant you must do it one at a time, with vault you can do it automatically.

There is a copy design tool in the SDK folder that can also add the prefix or suffix automatically but I haven't had good results with it. Also don't know how well it will work with FG parts.

thank!
And I have another question. When I create a bolt connection with «on a point» from sketch, the set of bolt (when I have more than one) can rotate around the bolt that I has selected the point. They should be fix a the place where their corresponding working points are, am I rigth?
