Hi,

I'm drawing a couple of rectangular parts which share the same profile and bolt hole detail but I'm having issues getting the dimensions of the new part linked back to those of the original part such that I can get bolt hole size/position/outside edge dimensions to update with changes in the original part. I've tried paste, special paste, functions and equivalent dimensions but I'm getting nowhere with it. Any suggestions? V5R20

Thanks

@Splint
You could try using parameters to drive the geometry in the original part and then copy those driving parameters and paste with link in the new part and any changes to the original will propagate to the new part via the driving parameters. Just a suggestion.
