I am tring to copy a feature and when I get to defining the new references, the message area tells me

"Select FEATURE corresponding to highlighted FEATURE ."

At this point Pro-E will not let me click on any face, planes or geometry from the part.

What does this mean, and why cant I select a new reference?

ok, what it wants is references, it will highlight a feature from the orginal part and all it wants is the new reference for that particular feature on the new part. example:
if it highlights an edge that an dimension was attached to from the orginal part it just wants a new edge on your new surface to attach the same dimension to. hope this helps, if not i can get more specific.
