Correlation between Relative Density and % Proctor Value 1

It is very appreciated if someone can share information about a correlation between the % of Max Dry Density and Relative Density. Or % MDD and SPT Value.
I understood one of the experts (BigH) was developing a presentation on this subject and hope I can find it. (copy attached)

If the above is not available, there is another question: "what % MDD relates to a medium dense compaction"?

A good question, but unfortunately the relationship and usage, if any, will vary with materials. I've gone to relative density when it turns out the contractor can't make 95% Mod. Proctor, etc. and the site engineer accepts that method probably because there is missing some direct relationship (per this same question), yet the relative density method still is reasonable for many jobs. It also come down to the question "Do we really need some certain high percentage of Max Proctor density? "

relative density typically increases 25% for each 5% of change in relative compaction. Modified is the closest to 100% relative density.

I have stuff on this, but you really can't be too specific. It's trends that seem to be more typical rather than precise numbers.
