Cosmos help

hello to everyone,
well i study industrial design and now i have to use Solid Works. I learned quite soon this software but i have some problems with cosmos express. does someone knows where can i find a manual fo cosmos? or some good detailed tutorials?

Cosmos Express is only a small taste of Cosmos Works so there are A LOT of functions that SomosWorks can do that Express cannot.
