I dont understand why it says the variable at the end (b.w) is not defined?

Your typo is at the definition of "bw := 1mm" which is not written with the intended subscript.
Or, you didn't intend the "w" to be a subscript, therefore writing it in the Find() function with subscript doesn't match the actual variable name.

Having the actual sheet would be more useful than squinting at the teenytype of the image.

It's not obvious that the subscripting is the problem "find" requires a "given", so there might be an error stemming from that.

I asked because it seems to be okay for t.bf and t.tf even though there is no subscript, but not for b.w. Does not seem to be any obvious solution, any suggestions on what I could do?

It may be that mathcad error stopped at the first erro it found at b.w first.

Mathcad's error tracking is not that smart; it stops on the first error; but why did you not fix the error anyway? Seems a but presumptuous, since bw is obviously different than b.w
