Coupled diffusion-displacement problem

I'll have to solve a coupled diffusion-displacement, or to say, reaction-diffusion problem. I'm not sure which commercial FEA software can solve this kind of problem.
In my model, mechanical deformation is influenced by mass diffusion and vice versa.

Is this a change in density with time? Have a look at Abaqus. In that you can write your own subroutines for the more complex problems.
