I knew I had to clarify that I don't live in the US and getting anything from amazone is tricky

Hats why I wanna produce them

I've used hardened concrete PAF (Ramset type) fasteners, drilled in, on either side of the crack, and a vernier caliper. It doesn't have the rotational capacity. If you needed that you could drill in 3 pins. One crack I was monitoring was over a period of 3 or so years. The method is far more durable.

Print one out and laminate it. There’s a few cheapskates in our office who used photocopied ones.

Find someone with a laser cutter/laser etch to knock out some from whatever thin plastic sheet is available.
