Cracked Tilt Up Panels - Crane on Panel or Drying Shrinage Cracking?

We have a tilt up project where several of the panels are all cracked in a similar manor and similar location. Each of the panels is independent (e.g. not tied vertically to the panel beside it). We believe that the contractor may have driven a crane along these panels, however wanted to lean on others field experience to see your thoughts on the cracking.

Cracks all are generally the 2' length vertical to 3-4" from edge (I have not been in the field to measure). See attached photo for the condition and I appreciate your thoughts.

It looks similar to a shrinkage restraint crack. But if there is no rigid connection at that location I can't see how this would be the cause.

If no restraint, then not a shrinkage crack. Impact damage, whether before or during erection.

Are those tyre marks on the panel? (from bottom left to the crack location)

The curved markings with parallel edges, and the gray and brown coloration, seem to indicate they were made after erection of the panels.
