Cracked Tilt Up Panels - Crane on Panel or Drying Shrinage Cracking?

We have a tilt up project where several of the panels are all cracked in a similar manor and similar location. Each of the panels is independent (e.g. not tied vertically to the panel beside it). We believe that the contractor may have driven a crane along these panels, however wanted to lean on others field experience to see your thoughts on the cracking.

Cracks all are generally the 2' length vertical to 3-4" from edge (I have not been in the field to measure). See attached photo for the condition and I appreciate your thoughts.

The curved markings with parallel edges, and the gray and brown coloration, seem to indicate they were made after erection of the panels.
