Cracks near anchor bolts in stem-wall 1

They poured the stem-walls for the foundation of my house two weeks ago. Since then, I have noticed cracks along the surface of the stem-wall. They look like plastic shrinkage, but some of them are quite large. The ones around the anchor bolts concern me.

How do I know what is acceptable, and what constitutes a problem that needs addressed?

Possible that contractor shoved the anchor bolts into the concrete after concrete placement and also after concrete had begun to set up.

Have the contractor place good quality gravity feed epoxy into all cracks then supplement the anchor bolts with one drilled and set in epoxy between each existing anchor bolt.

If you scroll all the way to the right, and half way down you will see a monster crack that extends all the way down the wall vertically (around the visible edge in the photo). What should be done about that?

How well was the concrete consolidated and is there any honeycombing; or segregation of aggregate?
How soon were forms removed after placement?
How soon was the backfill placed/compacted?
You might want to consider requiring the contractor perform some nondestructive tests to identify the extent of the "damage" before implementing a "cosmetic repair."
The epoxy repair methods suggested by Ron may work great.

Not sure about consolidation, but the only problems that I can see are the cracks. Some of them wrap all the way around the edges and traverse the wall vertically on either side.
