An ellipse is simply a straight line of constant radius in an elliptical coordinate system. So, create a local coordinate system that is elliptical with the ratios that you need (2:1, 3:1, etc - you'll need to RTFM for the exact syntax). Then, create two keypoints in that coordinate system and join them with a line using the "l" command.

Post back here if you encounter any problems.

There is the other way: Just create the cyrcle area with diameter=1 unite and after scale it and delate the area and You have the elipse line:

cyl4,0.,0.,(1./2.)
arscale,1,,,r_x,r_y
adele,

Sorry, my mistake, it should be:

cyl4,0.,0.,(1./2.)
arscale,1,,,2*r_x,2*r_y
adele,1
