Create Balloon

I know how to create ballon, but I need to attached a note on the balloon than will move together with the balloon when I move the balloon.

Any idea how to do that?

After you make the ballon, create a NOTE, but use the OFFSET option. Pick the BALLON and then where you want to place the note.

Make sure you "relate" the group to the view you want it in. Sometimes, moving a balloon/text group becomes lost on the drawing.
