How to create cross section diferent ,add to sectiom in file world.
I am using Beam188.

How can do a new section that is different to those in ANSYS, which has in section / beam / common section, I am using the element beam188

Ok,

You have the option to input user defined cross sections. However, in this case, you need the input the inertia and area yourself. ANSYS will not calculate it for you. In Common Section - subtype, you will find a smily face. Just enter your beam's properties that you will get what you need.
