create new frame for texts in drawings

In a drawing, i want create a Text inside a frame with a particular shape. How can i create this frame and adding to the list in the properties palette?
I ve been thinking to work with standards, but i didn't find a way..any idea?

Adding to properties is quite simple, do a search in the forum and for sure you can find a solution.
