Creating a pad on inclined side surfaces

Hello together!

Is there any chance for creating a pad / thickening a surface with more than one directions? The desired profile is shown here by the white line.

Basically like the thickness command, but without moving the mentioned edge.

It's been a while since I've used it, but I think the multi-section solid tool (or maybe it's the loft tool?) should be able to do what you want.

Yes, Multi section solid is the way here.
You will need the end plane/end sketch for it.
