Hi All,

Trying to find a way to creating an array of any type on the outer surface of a toroidal face.
In my case I need in the region of 2000 points and up.
Naturally the size is not the issue it is creating that many points with a single array function.
My question is, is it possible and if so how?
The second interesting piece of the puzzle is that of course I'd like to be able to independently suppress individual features.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts that help lead to a solution.

Best Regards

Have you looked at 'Point Sets', which I used to create this:

Just go to the Part Navigator, select the Features of interest, press MB3 and select the 'Suppress' option.

Hi John,

Thanks for the reminder, I've perhaps gotten 'wrapped around the axle' looking at Arrays.
I will check it out and let you know how I get on.
