Hi guys!
Are there any tutorial or something like that how to create and assemble your own machine model?
I will be grateful for any help!

I see no one jumped yet...
IMHO... Machine Simulation is one of the least documented and complex parts of NX Cam. Part of it is due to the fact it's still a work in process. The other issue is Siemens offers machine building as a paid service. So there you have it.

Now what I do is start with one of the existing sample files. Note the assembly structures. The moving components are sub assemblies of the base. You can even take a similar sample and remodel those components to create a new one.

It gets much deeper with assigning the junctions and axis to the model. So study an existing sample. Doing your own machines means your going to be using the now no longer developed MTD format. The newer (and developed) CSE format requires one to buy a third party program for working with the encrypted files if you need customization. In all actuality most folks will have Siemens create them. You can still created the basic models though.

Much to this stuff and no classes from Siemens yet.

A little follow up: I just found out that NX7.0 will include an initial utility to start editing the CSE encrypted files. That will be good!
