I have bee asked to duplicate the two crimps shown is this image:
The material is aluminum. The O.D. of the non-crimp portion is 0.224in. The I.D. of the non-crimped portion is 0.200 in.
The width of each of the crimps is about 0.25 in (1/4") and the spacing in between both crimps is about 0.250 in (1/4")
The black on the right is simply a hose placed over the un- crimped portion.
I can custom make tooling.
I could really ANY ideas on how I would do such a crimp and/or make a tool to do this. Regular crimping tools can't do this.
Any idea would be well appreciated.
