I was not able to find this exact item. Generically these are a style of crimp sleeve or ferrule. This looks similar to a type of crimp connector seen in appliances.

Functionally equal crimp sleeves can be found on digikey, ebay, amazon, your local electrical supply house, etc.

I like these because they are anchored onto the insulation, so they withstand a fair amount of wiggle without the conductors taking any real abuse. With crimp sleeve type the conductors would be broken in a very short space of time, with only 0.25mm² csa. The end view is just as you would imagine with the double non insulated crimp. Thanks for your replies.

BRILLIANT !!!!!! You're a super star !!!!! Thank you !!!!!

I agree this is the unformed version of the OP' pin.
I stand corrected on the name

Digikey calls this Connectors, > Interconnects > Terminals > Wire Pin Connectors
A component of electronic plugs used in computers, appliances, etc.

I'm back!
Problem is now I can't find any supplier that can supply these type crimps, as small as my sample.
My insulation outside diameter is Ø0.9mm, and there are 30 strands of Ø0.08mm wire, totaling 0.15mm²
Any ideas where I can find these?
I spoke to the manufacture of the item in my hand and they said they outsourced the manufacture of these leads, but didn't tell me to who.

OP,
Can you buy a connector kit that includes these pins? A $5.00 connector kit just to have a couple get a couple .05 cent pins may sound wasteful but I'm sure it's cheaper than your billing rate to research individual pin supplies.
