Crosshatch options grayed out

Hi all,

I have a question about my crosshatch settings, see attached image.
The "Crosshatch definition" and "Pattern" options are grayed out.

I cant't find a setting in the customer defaults or preferences to correct this.
I changed the file permissions for xhatch.chx in the UGII folder to "full control" but no succes.

Anyone who can save my day ?

I had a problem similar to this a couple years ago, and I discovered when I logged off of NX and back on my issue was fixed.

It seems to be file specific, not sure why.
In some parts the crosshatch options are grayed out, in other parts they are not.

Turning off Assembly Cross Hatching when creating an assembly drawing seems not logical.Also, turning off this option did not solve the problem.
But your suggestion put me on the right track.
The trick is unchecking "Process Hidden Crosshatch". Attached file from NX 1926.
