Cryogenic Tank LOX storage.

HI Everybody here!
We are constructing a cryogenic LOX Tank. Min. temp -196 C, max is -20 . For now all pipe lines have been tested for pneumatic. Thte tank is ready for Hydrotest. Before hydrotest we are cleaning the tank with usin UV light Magnaflux 6000. For Cleaning actually must be used lint free cloth. But in our country market this material is not available and it takes time to be delivered.
But it is omportant to mention that when hydrotest finishes it will be cleaned again with chemical component and it will be pickled and passivated and this all will do another subcontractor.
My question is : do we have to wait lint free material or we can proceed with some clothes like Cheese Making Lint.

"Cloths used for wiping components or equipment surfaces shall be clean, lint-free, and free from traces of oil or grease. Cotton, linen, or paper are commonly used materials. Cleaning cloths should not have
fluorescent dyes, brighteners, or other additives that could transfer to the surface of the components giving false indication that the surface is fluorescing."

Degreasing should be the last step.

Your max design temperature should be greater than -20C. I'm looking at a VJ LOX tank right now with max design temperature of 100F (37C).

There are a few "levels" of oxygen clean corresponding to a hydrocarbon surface concentration (mg/m²). Which one are you required to build to?

The maintenance crews assigned to the O2 plant I worked at used clean and new cotton rags when working with equipment in pure O2 service. No issues. Degreasing with clean cotton rags is crucial.
Agreed, upper design temp should be at least 50degC if LOX tank is out in the open with no shade.
