CSA B52-18 Clause 5.2

I am having trouble understanding clause 5.2 from CSA B52-18.

5.2(b) says we may be exempt from registration if the refrigeration system is covered by the following 4 standards. Does this mean our equipment has to comply with all 4 standards? What do I do if one of the standards is not applicable to our equipment?

The way I read it, it needs to meet the requirements in a) AND b). For b) it needs to meet all 4 standards (while for iii having a choice).

If it only needed to meet one standard, they would not have given an option under iii.

I would:
- ask manufacturer if they meet all 4 standards. If so, you are good either way.
- ask JHA to clarify.
