CSA vs/and ANSI

For substation electrical equipment, I know that there are specific CSA standards that apply (e.g., C88 for power transformers and C13 for instrument transformers) but I can't find any that apply for outdoor breakers and switches. Is it true to say that the default standards that would apply would be ANSI/IEEE (or maybe IEC)?
