Hi Rodney,
What NX version you are on?

Hi Rodney,
In that case first of all you can save the excel sheet in a tab delimited format (for example i saved it in .txt format).
Now go to file/Import/Points from file and import these points (it will create a seperate Group consisting of all these points) and the use INSERT/CURVE/FIT CURVE/FIT SPLINE and select the Group to craete a spline.

That being said ....if you wish to drive the curve and points associatively (automatic update of spline everytime you change the values of co-ordinates or change the number of points)referring to the external excel sheet then i couldn't think of an OOTB but surely we do have VB programs (you can refer to some old posts in the forum as lot of expert comments have been given on the same ) for that or may be Knowledge Fusion (i have written one myself some years back but it is in NX7.5.).
Thanks and Best Regards
Kapil

Thank you Kapil, It worked great.
