I don't really know what you are asking but let me try and answer. Cut threads will give you a full form thread (sharp V-shaped threads) where a rolled thread, due to the roll die geometry, will have truncated minor and major diameters. The pitch diameter will remain the same. Two reasons why you may want to roll threads is for mass production and for applications where the bolt will see fatigue loads. Rolled threads will outperform cut threads due to the cold working (sometimes warm) of the material. To see dimensional differences, get a hold of an old H-28 Handbook and a copy of MIL-S-8879. H-28 gives you the full form dimensions and 8879 is a good example of truncated rolled thread dimensions.
