cutting condition help

Hi,
would really appreciate it if someone with a similar laser cutter to mine ( Amada FO-3105 4000w) can assist me with some cutting conditions they use, for materials that I have not previously cut.

1. 12 gauge (0.1046") sheet
2. 11 gauge (0.1196")galv sheet
3. 11 gauge (0.1196") aluminium sheet

This should get you started but it's been some time for Alum and Gal for use.
