I am looking for a cycle or hit counter to attach to forming dies. This counter would ideally be solid state, watch battery powered or maybe even unpowered, able to fit in a small space of a two inch cube or so, bulletproof, attachable with a couple of socket head screws and would count without a mechanical contact or trigger. I am thinking the vibration of the hit would be able to trigger the count. It should count up to seven places and that's all it needs to do. It would be easily readable to the press operator and inexpensive, probably less than $ 500. It would be attached permanently to each die and travel with it. This would be a great help to those of us who have a multitude of expensive and highly variable die sets to maintain. This may be something of a daydream, but I'd appreciate knowing about anything like it that someone has heard of out there. Thanks. Clark Slade F-M Greenville
